TRIG HILL ROAD

This extension and renovation was a substantial project and consisted of creating a usable space underneath the house, drilling and retaining back to make room to construct a self contained accommodation setting with a hallway bathroom, spacious bedroom, walk in wardrobe/mini bar and a shared laundry facility / storage bunker. Upstairs we completed gutted the main deck/bathroom and bought up to a high spec with hardwood throughout and a large Louvre-Tech pergola.

Arran Bay

We were approached by the client of 26 Arran Bay Road, Waiheke Island to revive their beautiful, historic seafarers beach villa to all its glory, giving it a full exterior Re-Clad, replaced all external flashings and joinery facings, new back deck framing and decking along with remedial/structural works required to future proof this iconic property.

Empire Ave

The clients of Empire Ave commissioned us to undergo a complete refurbishment of the top deck. Grinding the substrate back to the concrete and starting from the base layer. New and improved waterproofing membrane, Architecturally designed Italian tiles put down on a floating Nurajack system, followed by new plastering on all surrounding walls with a new glass balustrade. Stage two of the project had us extend the wrap around Kwila timber deck on the 1st floor by a considerable amount to make it more usable for hosting guests.
