Welcome to Coast Built Waiheke Limited, Waiheke Locals of 30+ years. We first founded Coast Built in 2015 after completing a national trade qualification in Carpentry here on Waiheke Island.

Since the beginning of trading, we have focussed on small-medium sized projects such as Renovations, Extensions, Retaining Walls, Re-modelling, Alternative Building Solutions (small spaces) and Bathrooms (new and renovations). However our skills and previous experience has  seen us work outside of these perimeters, having had experience in large scale Concrete Driveways/prep, Hardscape projects working with unique hardwood species, Re-roofing, Custom Furniture pieces and Earthworks.

We believe that Using local Tradespeople such as ourselves at Coast Built, especially on Waiheke Island, is a testament in how smoothly the project goes and timeframes being met. Having good relationships with locals in supply of concrete, materials and organising sub contractors when you need them is something that only time and experience can build, which is why we are a favourable option for our clients. 

Over the 30+ years of living on Waiheke, We've built up a strong trade network in all aspects of construction and have a professional, reliable and quality group of sub-contractors that we work closely with to support a successful project.
