I'm the head builder and owner of Coast Built Waiheke Limited, and long time Waiheke Local of 30+ years. I first founded Coast Built in 2015 after completing my national trade qualification in Carpentry here on Waiheke Island.

Using local Tradespeople such as ourselves at Coast Built, especially on Waiheke Island, is a huge advantage in overall project efficiency. Having good relationships with locals in supply of concrete, materials and sub contractors is something that only time and experience can build, which is a key point of difference at Coast Built.

Over the 30+ years being born and raised on Waiheke, I've built up a strong trade network in all aspects of construction and have a professional, reliable and quality group of sub-contractors that I work closely with to support a successful, on time and on budget project.

Since the beginning of trading, we have decided to focus on small-medium sized projects in renovations and extensions, re- modelling, alternative building solutions and bathrooms. However our skills and willingness to step outside of these perimeters are always an option having experience in large scale concrete driveways, hardscape projects working with unique hardwood species and re-roofing. 

I feel that with our expertise and established business relationships with our sub-contractors, we have the tools and processes in place for a successful, on time and on budget project for our clients.
