Renovations to existing dwellings is the bulk part of our contracts and a market we strive in.
We like to work closely with our clients to understand their vision and their idea of a final product, then our goal is to implement it and bring that vision to reality. Everything from re-clads, new joinery, kitchen and bathroom makeovers all the way up to major re-fits, re-roofing etc

Shipping Container Conversions
We have done multiple shipping container conversions for clients that want a stand-alone, minor dwelling on their property for visitor accommodation, or a stylish, private office/work space.
We also have experience in building tiny homes both on trailers and on solid pile foundations of various specs and sizes.

Outdoor Construction
Back in early 2019, I got approached by a project manager to undergo a unique job, something a bit different to our normal business.
We reclaimed most of the old Matiatia wharf timber when it was under construction, and created a 100m2 outdoor communal co-working space on a private property in Onetangi. Working with Jarrah hardwood and rusticated pine.
We enjoyed this project so much, that we have decided to offer outdoor construction as a service within Coast Built.
Bathroom Renovations
We enjoy working with the client and helping bring their new bathroom vision to life from design all the way through to finished product. We, along with our licensed plumber will recommend on products and new design vision to make sure your ideation aligns with practical elements of your home.
